135.02 MEMBERSHIP.

The Sokolow Commission for the Needy shall consist of five members. One member shall be the duly elected Mayor of the City, one member shall be the duly elected Recorder of the City, one member shall be a minister of an established religion in the City, one member shall be from the Ripley Elementary Grade School Staff and one member shall be a freeholder and resident of the County.
