141.05 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

(a) Recommend to the City Council a Master Plan for the Parks within the municipality.

(b) Constructively encourage public recreational activities in Ripley.

(c) Recommend projects, policies, funding allocations and other measures for the development of the Parks in the City of Ripley.

(d) Act in an advisory capacity to the City Council in all matters pertaining to recreation.

(e) Initiate, sponsor, and promote involvement, activities and contributions by the private sector for the development of parks in the City. (9-5-17)
