127.04 OATH.

   Each police officer shall take the following oath before entering upon the duties of his office:

 

I,                                       , do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States of America, the Constitution of the State of West Virginia, and that I will truly and faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of policeman of the City of Ripley to the best of my ability, so help me God.
