123.04 COMPENSATION.

(a) The salary of the Recorder shall be set by Council by ordinance and shall neither be increased nor diminished during the term of office to which he was elected or appointed.

(b) The Recorder shall receive a salary in the amount of six thousand dollars ($6,000) for each fiscal year. (4-3-18)
