149.26 OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.
   Employees shall not be employed by other employers where conflict of interest is a possibility. When employees do engage in other employment, full information regarding such employment shall be furnished to the City and its permission granted accordingly, by the Mayor with the consent of Council.
   In no case shall any City employee be permitted to wear his/her uniform, or to otherwise make any representation that he/she is representing the City, or carrying out City business, during the time that the employee is engaged in other employment.
