1725.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this article "advertising billboard" means any poster, writing, drawing, painting or advertising material of any kind or character whatsoever affixed or displayed outdoors by any means whatsoever, including any structure to affix or display such material, which extends more than six feet from the ground level in height and which occupies more than fifty square feet of space on one side. "Advertising material" includes any and all material designed or intended to draw the attention of the public to any goods, merchandise, service, entertainment or property, sold or furnished by any person, firm, association, partnership or corporation.
