It shall be the duty of the Fire Chief or his duly appointed assistant to report any defective housing conditions which in their opinion increase the hazards of fire, accidents or other calamities, to the Chairman of the Building Enforcement Agency, who shall bring the report to the attention of the members of the Agency at the next scheduled meeting of the Building Enforcement Agency.
