1509.03 TRANSPORTATION OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS NOT IN CONTAINER.

It shall be unlawful for any person to transport within the City any flammable liquids of the National Fire Protection Association Class 1 and Class 2 unless such liquids are in an approved container that meets the standard specifications for petroleum products.
