1509.02 PURCHASE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS NOT IN CONTAINER.

It shall be unlawful for any person to purchase within the City flammable liquids of the National Fire Protection Association Class 1 and Class 2 unless such liquids are placed at the time of purchase in an approved container that meets the standard specifications for petroleum products.
