1505.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 1505.01 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
 
   (b)   Whoever violates Sections 1505.02, 1505.03 or 1505.04 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
