1125.05 FAILURE TO ACT WITHIN SPECIFIED TIME A VIOLATION.

No person or persons responsible for conditions giving rise to the breeding of mosquitoes shall fail or refuse to take necessary measures to prevent the breeding within three days after due notice has been given.
