As used in this article:
(a) “Board” means the Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners of Ripley.
(b) “Manager” means the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation, Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners of Ripley or the City Superintendent.
(c) “Park” means all properties and facilities controlled by or under the jurisdiction of the Board, including playgrounds or school facilities being used as part of the Board’s recreational program.
(d) “Person” includes individuals and corporations.
(e) “Authorized emergency vehicles” means vehicles of a fire department or police department, or ambulances. (6-2-98)
