945.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this article or rule or regulation adopted hereunder for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates Section 945.17 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
