945.13 SEVERABILITY; CONFLICTS.

All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. If any clause, section or provision of this article be declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be ineffective for any reason it shall not affect any other clause, section or provision hereof.
