945.02  CITY TO COLLECT REFUSE; EXCEPTIONS.
   Within the City of Ripley, garbage pick-up, residential or commercial, will be exclusively operated by the City of Ripley.  No other garbage haulers are authorized to operate within the Municipality.  (Passed 5-7-13.)
