3-5-4: PENALTY:
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1980 Code § 8.5.4; amd. 1999 Code)
