3-5-3: MANNER OF SALE:
Yard sales shall be conducted in such a manner as to not create an offensive odor or atmosphere, and shall not be noticeably unsightly, or in any manner cause or create a public nuisance or menace to public health. (1980 Code § 8.5.3)
