The Village Council shall, by ordinance, establish a schedule of fees, charges and expenses and a collection procedure for zoning permits, amendments, appeals, conditional use permits, plan approvals, and other matters pertaining to the administration and enforcement of this Zoning Ordinance requiring investigations, inspections, legal advertising, postage and other expenses. The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the Zoning Inspector, and may be altered or amended only by the Village Council. Until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal. Section 1141.20 of the Zoning Ordinance hereby authorizes Village Council to establish the following fees and charges for zoning actions/matters:
(a) Copy of Planning and Zoning Code, Schedule of District Regulations, or Official Zoning Map: $25.00.
(b) Zoning Permit or Occupancy Certificate: $25.00.
(c) Amendment Application Fee: $75.00.
(d) Appeal Filing Fee: $75.00.
(e) Variance Filing Fee: $75.00.
(f) Conditional Use Filing Fee: $75.00.
(g) Temporary Occupancy Certificate $ 5.00.
