(a) In the case where more than a single residence and/or business is being served by one meter, the minimum charge shall be the minimum monthly for a meter service multiplied by the number of units served or the calculated bill based on actual water use, whichever is greater.
(b) The following charges and fees are hereby adopted effective herewith as the bill charge and volume charge until otherwise modified by Councilmatic resolution.

Minimum monthly bill based on 2,000 gallon usage - $20.48 per bill.
Fee for each 1,000 gallons thereafter - $4.16
(c) The price to be charged for sewer service furnished by the Village of Richwood to all customers situated outside of the corporation limits of the Village:
Minimum charge $37.96 per month

(d) Charges for extra-strength wastes shall be as calculated in Section 925.06
. These rates shall be recalculated annually.
