Any operator of an unscheduled intercity bus that attempts to or does in fact load or unload passengers without an approved application shall be subject to a seven hundred fifty dollar ($750.00) fine per passenger. The Village is authorized to impound any unscheduled intercity bus attempting to violate or found violating this Chapter in the manner otherwise provided by law.
