1469.01 ADOPTION OF ILLINOIS SAFETY PROGRAM.

In compliance with the requirements of the Office of the State Fire Marshal, the Village hereby adopts an Elevator Safety Program in accordance with the Elevator Safety and Regulation Act (225 ILCS 312/1, et seq.).
