(a) The Youth Advisory Committee shall consist of not less than five nor more than ten members, who are in grades nine through twelve. Committee members shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
(b) Committee members must be residents of the Village, must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 or equivalent, and must furnish at least two letters of recommendation prior to appointment.
(c) Committee members shall serve for a one-year term.
