As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them by this section:
(a) "Commercial" means any property, building, lot or structure that is used for commerce of general business activity
(b) "Multi-family" means high density residential development including condo buildings, apartment buildings, townhomes or any structure zoned MF or MR that is not a single family residence.
(c) "Public" means any property, building, lot or structure that is accessible to the community, offers community-oriented services or activities or provides benefit to the broader Richton Park population.
