456.08 NOTICE OF IMPENDING DRIVER'S LICENSE SUSPENSION.

A Notice of Impending Driver's License Suspension shall be sent to a person liable for any fines and late payment fees that remain due and owing on five or more violations of Section 456.03(a) of this Chapter in accordance with Section 412.06(d) of the Codified Ordinances.
