The provisions of this Chapter shall not preclude the Village from using other methods or proceedings to adjudicate alleged violations of Village parking, standing, compliance or automated traffic law regulations, including without limitation, the institution of an action in the Circuit Court of Cook County, or before another administrative tribunal which has jurisdiction to consider the violation.
