(a) The members of the Commission shall appoint a chairperson and vice-chairperson to serve one -year terms. Elections shall be held during the Commission's first meeting of the calendar year.
(b) The Commission shall meet in accordance with such schedule as the Commission may designate from time to time.
(c) All meetings of the Commission shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act. Robert's Rules of Order shall be used as a guide to the Commission in conducting its meetings.
