277.06 MEETINGS; ORGANIZATION.

   (a)   The Scholarship Committee shall convene a minimum of three meetings per year.

   (b)   The Scholarship Committee shall consist of the following officers:

       (1)   Chairperson.

      (2)   Vice Chairperson.

      (3)   Recording Secretary.

   (c)   These officers shall be elected by the body of the Scholarship Committee for a term of one year. Elections shall be held as the first order of business of the first meeting of the year.
