(a) Scholarship Committee members shall be appointed by the President of the Board of Trustees or designated agent and selected from nominations received in one of the following ways:
(1) A resident seeking a volunteer opportunity.
(2) A referral from other Scholarship Committee members.
(3) A referral from a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission.
(4) An invitation from the Village President.
(5) An invitation from a member of the Board of Trustees.
(b) Scholarship Committee members shall serve until retired by request of the Village President or by their own request.
