(a) The Scholarship Committee shall function impartially and award all scholarships on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis.
(b) The Scholarship Committee shall consist of not less than three members, nor more than seven, including at least two current Parks and Recreation Commissioners. A Parks and Recreation staff member shall function in an “ex officio” capacity as a liaison to the Committee and shall have no vote.
(c) Scholarship Committee members shall be residents of Richton Park.
