(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
(b) If there are multiple (two or more) violations of this chapter within a twelve month period, the Village President may, in addition to any fine that may be imposed, suspend the business license for up to ten days upon the second or subsequent finding of a violation, provided that the licensee shall first be given written notice of the offense and the opportunity for a hearing before the Village President not less than five days after service of the written charges.
