879.04 ISSUANCE OF GUN SHOP LICENSE.

(a) The Village Manager, after consideration of the application and all information obtained relative thereto, shall approve or deny the application within ten business days of receipt of the application.

(b) No license issued under this chapter may be transferred or assigned to any other person.
