(a) "ATF" means the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives of the Federal Government.
(b) "Gun shop" means a place of business established and operated in compliance with all applicable zoning regulations and this Code of Ordinances by federally licensed firearms dealer engaged in the lawful sale of firearms in the Village of Richton Park.
(c) "Straw purchaser" means persons who legally can purchase firearms, but intend to divert the firearms to those who are not legally authorized to purchase, carry, or possess a firearm.
