(a) No junk scavenger shall operate a vehicle within the Village in the conduct of junk scavenging before the hour of 7:00 a.m. or after the hour of 6:00 p.m.
(b) No junk scavenger shall enter onto any private property, construction site, or other premises within the Village for the purpose of collecting or removing junk except at the express invitation of the owner of such property.
(c) Every person licensed as a junk scavenger under this Chapter shall carry such junk scavenger license, or a true and correct copy thereof, in each vehicle engaged in the collection of junk within the Village of Richton Park, and shall display a copy of such license to the Village’s manager, license officer or law enforcement officer upon demand.
