(a) The Committee shall consist of an indefinite number of members.
(b) Members shall be selected in one of the following ways:
(1) Volunteers from the community.
(2) Invitation from either the Village President or any member of the Board of Trustees.
(3) A referral from other Committee members.
(c) An effort shall be made to keep the membership as diverse and representative of the community at large as possible and ideally shall consist of residents from each of the Village’s subdivisions.
(d) Members shall serve until retired by request of the Village President or at their own request.
(e) The Community Relations Director shall be the staff liaison to the Committee.
