1467.11 DEFINITIONS.

For purposes of Sections 1467.11 through 1467.16 (this Article), "landlord" means any residential property owner, administrator, manager, or person in control of the operation of any residential rental unit. "Premises" means a residential rental unit. "His" or "he" means male and female depending on actual identities.
