The owner or beneficial owner of property as described in Section 1614.12, as the case may be, shall be personally liable for a violation of any requirement of Section 1614.12, and each day that such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. The fine for each offense shall be in an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00).
