1614.07 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

The Fire Chief, the Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention or any assistant inspector thereof may, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises within his or her jurisdiction for the purpose of making an inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of this chapter, he or she may deem necessary.
