As used in this chapter:
(a) "Authorized emergency vehicle" means an authorized emergency vehicle as defined and authorized under the laws of the State.

(b) "Street" means a roadway accessible to the public for vehicular traffic, including, but not limited to, private streets or access lanes, including fire lanes as designated by the Village, as well as all public streets and highways in the Village.
