Any reference to the ICC Electrical Code will be deleted and replaced with the 2005 National Electric Code.
Any reference to the International Plumbing Code will be deleted and replaced with the Illinois Plumbing Code, current edition.
Section 101.1 Title.

Section 101.3 Appendices. Add: Appendix A Sizing and capacities of gas piping, Appendix B Sizing of venting systems serving appliances equipped with draft hood, Category I appliances and appliances listed for use with Type B vents, Appendix C Exit terminals of mechanical draft and direct-vent venting systems, and Appendix D Recommended procedure for safety inspection of existing appliance installation are specifically adopted by Village and shall apply.

Section 106.5.2 Fee schedule. Delete section and replace with: The fees for mechanical work shall be as indicated in Chapter 1440 of the Code.

Section 108.5 Stop work orders. Insert $100; $750. Add each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
