(a) No person shall erect, use, occupy or maintain a building or other structure in violation of any of the provisions of the BOCA National Energy Conservation Code, as adopted in Section 1482.01, or cause, permit or suffer any such violation to be committed.
(b) It is the responsibility of the offender to abate the violation as expeditiously as possible, and each day during which such violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
