(a) Artificial lighting of all outdoor private residential swimming pool areas shall be so shielded and shaded that no appreciable amount of light extends beyond the lot lines.
(b) Chlorine disinfectant shall be applied as required only by hand or by mechanical feeder. Whenever a private residential swimming pool is in use, the residual chlorine thereof shall not be less than one-tenth part per million or more than six-tenths part per million.
(c) An alkaline reaction of not less than 7.2 pH nor more than 7.6 pH shall be maintained at all times such pool is in use.
(d) All private residential swimming pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and all equipment shall be maintained in a satisfactory operating condition when such pool is in use.
(e) No private residential swimming pool shall be used, kept, maintained or operated in the Village if such use, keeping, maintenance or operation is the occasion of any nuisance, danger to life or detriment to health.
