1467.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates, fails to comply with or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to citation and a fine of not less than one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation exists.
