Within five working days of the filling of the application, or sooner, the inspector will contact the owner, agent or person in charge of the dwelling unit or commercial/ industrial structure or space and schedule an inspection. Inspections shall be conducted during regularly scheduled working hours of the inspector, or at any other reasonable and convenient time mutually agreed upon by the applicant and the inspector.
