(a) The eastern limits of the Village shall be numbered 3200 and shall be the base line for numbering buildings fronting on any thoroughfare running east or west in the Village.
(b) All numbers on thoroughfares which run in an east and west direction are west numbers, and all numbers on thoroughfares running in a north and south direction are south numbers.
(c) The east and west centerline of Section 26 of the map adopted in subsection (d) hereof shall be the base line for numbering buildings fronting on any thoroughfare running north and south. Such centerline shall be known as 21900 south, commonly known as 219th Street.
(d) The standard frontage for each number shall be twenty-five feet on all streets running at such an angle that they would intercept either base line if extended. All numbering shall be assigned on the unit system; that is, each block and street shall be 100 or multiples of 100. All numbers on the east or south side of any street shall be numbered with odd numbers, and all numbers on the west or north side of any street shall be numbered with even numbers. All such numbering shall be in accordance with the map which is hereby adopted by reference and of which three copies are on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
