1465.04 NONLIABILITY OF VILLAGE.

The Village shall not be liable for any damage to any brick or masonry mailbox erected upon the public right of way, whether such damage is caused accidentally or intentionally by the Village in the course of its field operations or other governmental functions, whether or not the location of such mailbox has been communicated to the Village.
