No person shall erect a flagpole, to be installed in a permanent foundation, in excess of twenty feet in height from the top of the foundation, in the Village without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Department. Such permit shall be issued without a fee.
The Director of Community Development shall review the height and specifications on all flagpoles required to have a permit.
