1442.99 PENALTY.

The penalty for violation of any requirement of this chapter shall be, where applicable, the issuance of a one hundred dollar ($100.00) ticket for each day that the violation occurs or continues, a claim against the contractor’s L. & P. bond, or as otherwise specified in Section 202.99 of the Administration Code.
