1442.04 INSPECTIONS.

The provisions of this chapter are declared to be of a regulatory nature, and it shall be the responsibility of the Building Commissioner or his or her designee to regularly inspect the site of a contractor's activity to assure that all of the provisions of this chapter are complied with.
