(a) Additions to, Modifications of, Repairs to, or Remodeling of, Existing Structures. Permit fees for additions to, modifications of, repairs to, or remodeling of, existing structures only, as well as structures appurtenant to existing structures, are as follows:

(c) New Structures Other Than Residential. Permit fees for new structures other than residential shall be calculated on a per square foot basis. For structures aggregating fewer than 5,000 square feet, the permit fee shall be two thousand dollars ($2,000).
For structures aggregating 5,000 or more square feet, the permit fee shall be calculated as Square Footage (SF) times fifty cents ($0.50)

(d) Mechanical.

(3) Where the Building Official requires the review of building plans and specifications by a professional engineer or architect, the builders or developers shall pay the actual cost of plan review plus a $25.00 administration fee.
(j) Carnivals and Amusement Devices. Fees for carnivals and amusement devices are as follows:
(1) Portable, for each assembly or installation $ 25.00
(2) Permanent 100.00
(k) Reinspection Fees. Where a second reinspection is required because of inaccuracy or incorrectness and/or not following the approved building plans, building specifications or the Village adopted building codes and ordinances related to the Building Department, a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be paid. For each reinspection thereafter, the reinspection fee shall be doubled. Such reinspection fee shall apply to the structural phases of construction, foundation, rough framing and final occupancy. It shall further apply to the reinspection of ventilation systems (mechanical, supply or exhaust), electrical and plumbing inspections, both the rough and final occupancy phases.
In residential buildings, each dwelling unit inspected constitutes a separate inspection.
