1440.02 PERMITS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALK, DRIVE OR PATIO.

A building permit must be obtained from the Village for the construction or replacement of any sidewalk, drive or patio having a construction cost in excess of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
